The Women's Health and

If your health plan covers mastectomy, it is federally required to cover the full scope of breast reconstruction, regardless of your insurer or our out-of-network status. Our team has deep expertise in WHCRA and uses it to ensure every eligible patient receives the comprehensive reconstructive care they are entitled to.

While purely aesthetic procedures are generally not covered, many procedures addressing functional or health-
related issues qualify for partial or full insurance coverage.

Body Contouring & Tummy Tuck
Procedures

We specialize in securing coverage for the medically necessary components of complex body contouring surgeries, particularly those following significant weight loss or pregnancy.

Repair of significant diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) causing back pain or core weakness may qualify for partial coverage
Functional impairment documented through medical records Body Lift After Bariatric Surgery
Panniculectomy (removal of heavy, hanging skin) after massive weight loss may be covered when skin causes recurrent infections or hygiene issues

Breast Reduction (Reduction
Mammoplasty)

Breast reduction is one of the most frequently covered procedures when performed for medical necessity. Coverage is typically approved when surgery alleviates documented chronic symptoms caused by the weight of large breasts.
